About the Service

Sucrelle offers image and video enhancement features powered by artificial intelligence (AI). We may update, adjust, or pause any part of the Service whenever necessary, and we are not obligated to give advance notice.

Data & Privacy

We handle your personal information according to our Privacy Policy. In short:

• We only process the data genuinely needed to run, support, and improve the Service.
• Facial effects are computed on the fly. The related data is erased the moment processing ends—it is not kept and is never used to identify anyone.

Subscriptions & Billing

• Automatic Renewal: A subscription renews on its own at the close of each billing period, and the applicable fee is charged to your account before the next term begins.
• Cancelling: To stop a subscription, adjust it through your device's App Store account settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. We are unable to cancel on your behalf.

Using the Service Responsibly

When using the Service, you agree that you will not:

• Produce, upload, or share material that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, hateful, violent, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.
• Tamper with, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or exploit the Service for any unapproved commercial gain.

Should any of these rules be broken, we may suspend or end your access immediately and take whatever legal steps are available to us.

Intellectual Property

Every intellectual property right in the Service—covering its software, design, trademarks, and underlying technology—belongs to us or the parties that license it to us. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right to use the Service.

The Content You Provide

The content you upload remains yours. So that the Service can function, you give us a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, use, process, display, and adapt that content. This license ends automatically as soon as you delete the content from our systems.

The Service is made available on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. So far as the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, whether stated or implied. You accept full responsibility for any risk that comes with using the Service.
